Poor service!!!!!

At this point they don't even deserve 1 star. I haven't had any joy from the day I took their plan, initially I wanted to pay cash for the repair but taking the plan made sense, they would call a thousand times to close the sale but I had to be the 1 calling and calling for them to actually collect the TV for repairs. The TV was collected and days later nothing is said, I had to be the one to call again only to get through to the "call back" machine, and they never call back, had to call again only to find out that they sent the quotation to the incorrect email address, and I did mention that I never received a contract when I called regarding collection. So basically they don't even call to check to see if you received the quotation or not? yet they were so quick to debit my account and called a thousand times to close the sale. Poor service is an understatement. I honestly regret taking the plan with them.
