Hi Linda,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.

We would like to assure you that we are in direct communication with you regarding your appliance repair. In this case, the appliance motor was professionally restored by a certified electrical motor specialist to meet the original operational standards, using new internal components. This is a standard industry practice when the manufacturer’s replacement part is no longer available, and the restored motor carries the same warranty as a new part.

Our priority is always to provide safe, reliable, and warrantied solutions for our customers. We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that any further concerns be directed to our Customer Relations Consultant via our official communication line, so we can assist you promptly and securely.

Thank you for raising this matter.

Kind Regards
The MasterCare Service Team
