Poor customer service

Very poor customer service . I signed up with them telephonically. They promised to come the next day to assess the appliance I needed repaired . Despite numerous calls that were not answered most times and emails ,they never came . They never sent a copy of the contract agreement as they were supposed to . Do not trust them
