PATHETIC SERVICE - REPAIRS TO FRIDGE

I have had numerous attempts to have a fridge repaired. This problem has lasted at least 3 months and I do not have any other way to get the fridge repaired. I have correspondence with Riaan (the workshop manager) and Wesley(apparently a director) but they don`t care.. I have had several dealings with other staff members. I understand that they have no vehicle to attend to this large area. The technician uses his own private vehicle and he is the only technician for the area. This is just not good enough. I need some public intervention to help me please.
