pathetic service mastercare
Should you be in search for a company to repair your appliances and you are looking for the poorest and most pathetic service to be proud of then call for Mastercare It is now twice in one year that I have experience the worst service ever Last year I had to wait 2.5 months to get a response and my washing machine was only fixed when I threaten them with my lawyer and publishing it on the social media platforms Now I have a same situation with absolute now response and return calls or action taken
I had some bad experiences with companies not buying into some sort of service level but this is the worst I cam across
