Pathetic Service.

two weeks ago I logged a call for my washer, they came, but could not repair since parts needed to be replaced. Yet the technician decided to closed the call . I responded to the mail to tell them that the machine was not repaired. I even contacted them telephonically and was told that they'll contact me. More then a week later I am still waiting on a response from them They are pathetic when it comes to service response. This is not the first time this type of service has been rendered to me.
