Pathetic Mastercare Service

Once again just when i think Mastercare is there for customers they fail me again terribly.Frankly i am to tired to even think as far back as DEC 2020 for history of events when i opened a Jobcard for my sony amplifier which was not coming on and week after week month after month empty promises saying they will deliver my unit in a few days to no avail. This happened on numerous occasions. I only wish phonec calls were recorded to prove my facts. I got totally tired yesterday the 13 April 2021 and i gave mastercare a piece of my mind then today i recieve a mail saying they trying to fix unit bla bla unit to old spares not available etc etc but prior to this dont worry Mr govender i will make sure your unit is delivered once we recieve spares. Mr govender your spares arrived we will deliver in a few days.Mr govender tomorrow is a holiday so we will deliver next week etc etc etc etc. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE and poor and/or lack of updates and now i have to rethink whether i need a maintenance plan which does not help my circumstances one bit..

Can someone in MASTERCARE please please rectify my dreadful experience.
