No to Matercare!RUNNNNNNN

Now I understand why this company has so many bad reviews and stupid me, took out a 24 month contract without checking. I booked a repair on my EAG washing machine, it took nearly 2 weeks for a tech to come and do an inspection and a further 2 weeks to receive an email stating that the repair had be completed, I had to call them to find out what was going on and was told they cant source the part, today being the 11th of Oct, I called AEG to be told the part is available. Matercare has no ethics and poor customer care.
