No Service

<p>I reported my dishwasher leaking in Nov 2016. Its has been pass the 90 days Mastercare guarantees that they will have attended and do repairs. Tried calling call center. No answer.. Is Mastercare still in operation?Tried sending emails - not even a reply. How must you get hold of them? I just need my appliance to be repaired. I have been a client for more than 10 years. Surely they can do better. When they where EarlyBird, service was great. Dont take out a contract with them. Unless you want to wait Months for Repairs</p>
