No repair done

After I have logged a call on 25-01-25 and a technican was assigned to repare my washing machine with job no 293696. The technican came around on 25-01-29 and said the gearbox is faulty and he will order parts. Up untill date no feedback or any communication regarding the repair was done. Only a whatsapp regarding that the job was completed but my machine is still not working. After about 30 years of payments this is the service you get. How can this be from a country wide business
