My fridge broke, they claimed they can't outsource parts
My fridge broke, they claimed they can't outsource parts. My independent provider fixed it in 2days. Now they're not getting back to me since I lodged a complaint

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
After reviewing the technical assessment and the images of your unit, we can confirm that the required parts for your specific model are no longer manufactured or supp**** by our approved parts suppliers. As a repair provider, we rely on these suppliers for parts and unfortunately do not have control over the availability or discontinuation of components.
In addition, we are unable to guarantee or validate any parts that may have been sourced and fitted by technicians outside of MasterCare’s approved network. Our policy is to use only new, original parts obtained directly from accredited suppliers, and we do not make use of refurbished or second-hand components.
We understand how frustrating this situation is and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused, outside of our direct control.
