<div>It is so sad to see the utter decline in service by Mastercare. One cannot even contact them yet every month they promptly debit your Bank Account. Their service is going down the drain very fast. I booked a call in December and I am still waiting for them to attend to my repair. It is totally impossible to call them as they are always busy and no matter how many messages one leaves they simply do not respond. Please take extreme caution if you are wanting to sign up with this Company</div>
