Masterful service from Mastercare

I have a repair plan with Mastercare and they have fixed 2 of our appliances in the last 6 months. On each repair they were amazing. They collected the appliance within a day of the repair being logged, kept us updated at each turn and delivered the appliance within a week. Everything was smooth and painless. Definitely 5 star service and worth every cent.
