Mastercare -Top Class
I have to commend Mastercare for excellence in service. The Mastercare team really went out of their way to facilitate and manage the repair to my LG side by side fridge freezer. The appliance is now functioning well. Their updates were regular when it came to ordering of parts, receipt thereof and arrangements for repair. My only suggestion is that they review and evaluate their third party service providers to ensure quality service.
