MasterCare Raises a ********** Debit Order

AAbout a month ago, my washing machine packed up and MasterCare could not repair it (CAR-120820-8), even though I had been paying for years now for a contract I never even signed. Anyway, I contacted them on numerous occasions to cancel this "contract". Each time I was promised somebody would get back to me, but to no avail. Therefore, I cancelled my debit order, and what did MasterCare do? They **********ly created another under another reference.

So now is the time to name and shame them. Firstly, Mr Hennie Kruger you run a circus and I will be siting you as respondent when I issue summons in the Palm Ridge small claims court to force you to return my monthly premiums since 13 May 2017. Conversely I may sue for the cost of a new washing machine.

Secondly, I am going to sue Thoko Dikobe (who twice promised to get this matter resolved), for the cost of cancelling the previous debit order as well as for what it will cost to cancel the ********** new one.

The beauty about the small claims court is that MasterCare cannot bring a lawyer along, and if they loose the case and do not make restitution, I can get the sheriff to write up goods to an equivalent value. Then if they do still not settle those goods will then be sold at auction.
