Mastercare - Poor service

Been paying a monthly service premium for nearly 25yrs. Hardly ever used them to repair any of my registered appliances.

Now that I need repairs it's taking more than a month for them to respond to my double door fridge/freezer which means I cannot buy bulk meat products, my washing machine & microwave are a write off according to them. They hardly respond & keep on making promises to send out their ppl to come take a look. Very very poor service as I must've made about 30 calls already.
