Mastercare opportunist

I’m so frustrated with Mastercare,So book my Samsung soundbar with wireless subwoofer(JOB NO: 292074) *(sub and soundbar not connecting)and jvc Bluetooth speaker(JOB NO: 292077) *(static when playing music)into Mastercare in Umgeni and I had to pay a booking fee of +-R1400 just for them to see what wrong and three weeks later I get a call on Tuesday say they can’t fix the problem.so I said ok what’s next I my come and pick the soundbar and then on Wednesday I get the call my Bluetooth speaker could not get repaired and I asked so what have I paid for if there is no repair been do and did you really look to find the fault,or is this just a money make skeam. The was no response. But when I go the the what’s app repair status it says both units were repaired. Please man I need some help with.
