MasterCare - No Service and Maintenance Contract a waste of money

Has anyone ever had the misfortune of having a maintenance contract with MasterCare? I reported my washing machine as being out of order on 9 Jan and then again on 27 Jan (different problem when it stopped working altogether) and the technician has been out twice to investigate. Since he was here on 28 January, I have had absolutely no feedback from MasterCare on why the machine has not been repaired. NOTHING! THEY ARE USELESS and if it wasn't that I have been paying them a monthly fee for about 30 years I would call another company to repair the machine. NEVER use MasterCare's maintenance agreement is my recommendation.
