MasterCare Midrand

This is not even worth a one star rating. I am so discussed with their service that I will not ever recommend them. They took our TV for repairs and took our wall mounted swivel TV bracket that mounts on the back of the TV with as the guy was in a hurry and did not have tools with him to remove that part. It was stated on the job cart and I still have the proof that they took the bracket with. After 2 weeks they was unable to repair our 65inch Panasonic TV and send it back to Hi Fi corp in Centurion without the bracket. We phoned Mastercare and the service was I actually have no words as the person was so unhelpful and shifted the blame to Hi fi corp and advices us to email them with the issue. All I want is my bracket that they took. Unsatisfied and Angry!!!!
