Mastercare you have no knowledge of customer service/care. How Ironic that Care is in your business name. I have written my compliant, Hi Fi corp Centurion has emailed regarding our TV bracket and still no one has come back to me. Natasha from Mastercare(so do not care) rep**** will be with you shortly. Wow shortly is 3days later including HI Fi corps email is 4days in total and still no one has Contacted me. I want my property back is it so hard to understand. Angry and Frustrated with these people . DO YOU KNOW WHAT CARE MEANS MASTER SO DONT CARE? Consumer act law helo!
