Mastercare malfeasance

It has been two months that I have been without a dishwasher. I accept that the first two weeks was “waiting for parts”. When it was first returned to me after a month, it worked once and then would not work again. Kit was removed again and returned after many calls. It worked once and now no longer works. I called it in this morning 8.30 and was promised that Cape Town branch would call me and make arrangements. I have not heard from anyone in Mastercare today. It seems my service request has not been logged either as the usual sms/whatsapp message has not arrived on my phone. Bad service Mastercare!
