Mastercare insurance

I very very disappointed and irritated with mastercare I trying for almost 6 Months too say I didn't insure any of my things with them I phone I have send emails I have do everything possible but I still getting SMS saying I owning money I need help I don't care how phone me but this company is not right something is going on and it need too be taken seriously and when you phone you struggle too speak too sameone it is the worst company ever . please don't fall I no same trapped you have no serial numbers of any of my stuff
