Mastercare Fails AGAIN
<p>In the begining of Februart 2017 a Mastercare technician was here for the umpteenth time to repair my washing machine. He left promising to order bearings for the drum. That was more than six weeks ago and I am still waiting.</p> <p>Yesterday I emailed Nishelle Milne in the Customer Care Department informing her of the repair status, but as of yet she has not bothered to get back to me, which I suppose is about par for the course with this company.</p>
