MASTERCARE DUAL DEBIT ORDER DEDUCTION

Because of the 1st day of the month not being a working day Mastercare debited early on 28 March. And then they debited again in the first week of April. On the first call to query they advised they would refund me. Three subsequent calls with the same commitment and I am yet to see my refund. To date I do not know if I will receive my refund. I just hope their repair is better than their admin and the commitments made as not one single commitment has been kept.
