Mastercare disgraceful and disrespectful

One star is not even worth it... I have a contract with Master Care which I have had for a very long time. About 3 or so month ago they took my washing machine for repairs. The repairs where done in 6 weeks.Which i got notification they were delivering the machine. Then I had to call and was notified they had dropped the machine off the truck. After numerous calls over the last 4 week to call the call center and the manager Bruce, All i have been told was that they are waiting for a part or excuses after excuses. To this day I still have not been contacted by a senior manager nor anyone to advise me what is happening with my machine. I feel this services is very disgraceful and disrespectful to me as a client who has been paying my premiums for over 15 years.
