Mastercare BAD service!!!!!!!!!!!
Logged our Smeg oven with Mastercare on 24 August 2020 and no one has come to asses. Clive in Cape Town is full of promises and Johnny has a bad attitude blaming us for not answering our calls. Unfortunetly this is not the first time we have had terrible service from them. They are absolutely useless and I am very surprised they are still in business. We will be cancelling with them with immediate affect.
