MASTERCARE APPLIANCE INSURANCE (WWW.MASTERCARE.CO.ZA)
This is a WARNING to everyone- DO NOT sign up for appliance insurance with Mastercare. Their service is the worst I have ever experienced!!! In fact there is no service!! It is now close on TWO MONTHS later and my freezer (fridge/freezer unit) is still not repaired. With every follow-up call made, I am given the same story- "awaiting part, expecting delivery in a few days". They honestly think their customers are *****s! Please follow this story, I will be documenting my experience tomorrow again.
