Master care poor services

I have been struggling with Master Care SA from October 2025last year. 1. To repair my washing machine the technicians was there fix something and the machine just stop the cycle. 2. The Dishwasher, I paid for a basket last year December2025. I am still waiting after lots of calls no action from Master Care
