Master care poor service

am highly disappointed with the services received from you'll durban branch the guy came to see what's wrong with my fridge he said the Rubbers are faulty so have to replace it he said someone will phone me and they will cone and put new rubbers on the doors no one phoned me for about 4 weeks then I received a call saying some one will come in and put the rubbers the same day no one came the following day some one did come the two gentlemen were very helpful and friendly they stripped the door rubber and put it back and said it's sorted out they said after a hour I can open the fridge I did so after a the freezer shuts nicely no problem but the fridge part is not even holding at all I am really upset iv waited so long for someone to come through and fix this and nowniy isn't fix but actually worst then how it was before.<br> <br> The receptionist at durban branch is very rude and not helpful at all puts me on hold all the time<br> <br>
