MASTER CARE COMMIT *****

I have been with MasterCare for as long as I can remember and have had issues with them in the past. But with the help of Bill Hinds or Hennie Kruger, I have always managed to resolve them. However, this time they have gone too far, especially as this is the second time something like this has happened.

The spin drier on my washing machine stopped working and I placed a call. The technician came out and said he needed to order a PC board. Today I get an email from Melba Dlamini informing me that they can no longer source the PC board and as such the washing machine is unrepairable. On a previous occasion it was a TV.

So they are quite happy to take your money and then they fail to honour their obligation. AND THAT PEOPLE IS *****.

I will now take this matter to the Palm Ridge small claims court where I will sue for all the money I have paid since my last repair.
