Master Care

I took a insurance (repairs) cover with Master Care in the 24th November 2025. I cancelled the cover on the 28th November 2025. They acknowledged the cancellation through a phone call. Every month, Master Care tries to take my money from my bank account. It is now February 2026, Master Care has still not cancelled the debit order, I personally have to reverse the debit order, moreover these transactions are costing me money.

Reviewer Update

Update:
I have not received any telephone call as promised. Instead I am still billed for what I don't know. Today I received an email from Danielle Morgan stating that they can't cancel the policy as we are "still in terms".
Please clarify what that means. Who are you in terms with and for what exactly.
I have never received any assistance from you in terms of fixing my appliances. What is it that I should be paying for when I cancelled the policy and I stated that I took my TV for repairs myself and I paid for it.
