Machine still not fixed

I've never encountered a company that has poor service delivery like Mastercare?. I had a blockage on my dishwasher towards end of February, reported it and they took almost 2 weeks to attend to it after numerous calls to get them to come look at it finally one of their technician try to sort out the problem then said my pump is broken so they need to order it then come back. I asked how long does it take for the pump to arrive he said at 7 days. After a week I got an sms that the part has been ordered and they will notify me once it has arrived. It's 3 weeks now and nobody has contacted me in regard to my machine, still stuck with a broken machine for a month and a half but we pay them. It's is such a nightmare to have to deal with the company that doesn't look after their customers yet we pay every month and when we require help it's like we are begging!!!
