Light in the dark

Would like to thank Nichelle for her wonderful and efficient service. She kept me informed and went out of her way to keep me as a customer. I felt like I was treated fairly after I communicated with her. I am sorry I never communicated with her before, as she is on top of her work. I believe I will continue my relationship with Mastercare as long as Nichelle is there. Thank you.
