LG Television Not LPG

I have a contract with master care on my<br> Electronics. I phoned and told them that my LG<br> Television is not working properly. they did assist <br> By sending one of they staff to pick but before<br> Removing the goods of my premises it was switched <br> On to show them what was wrong. Television was <br> Switching on perfectly only the problem was the <br> Color. I received the television yesterday from <br> Mastercare after two weeks with no repairs done<br> But more damges where done. *****s are missing<br> Buttons are lose. On the repair form its says LPG television<br> When I gave them LG television. Very disappointed with their <br> Service. I did call Sarah and I was told by her<br> She will call me back or send a message but<br> There was no response from her either<br>
