It’s cheaper to repair your own appliances than chase MasterCare for MONTHS!
Mastercare Cape Town is the worst ever we’ve spent so much money calling them almost daily to fix our stove.. We’ve spent so much money on phone calls and on electricity (for the 2 plate stove we were forced to buy while trying to get a repair with mastercare) It’s been 3 months now!!!! And we still have to call and beg daily for someone to come repair it.. The debit orders go off on time but the service is beyond disgusting 🤮 I don’t even want to give them 1 Star they deserve a minus 10
