In reference to my previous complaints about Mastercare, I want to state that the service in Kimberley is pathetic as Mastercare sent my tv set for repairs at different businesses and for some unknown reason they reported that my tv had been modified. Mastercare, with reference to Niren took the trouble to courier my tv to Jhb to let their technician check it and no modification was found, the tv had a problem with the capacitor and it has been repaired. Niren of Mastercare really went out of their way to really get behind the modification accusation and sorted out my tv. I will be receiving my repaired tv very soon. After many complaints from my side I can truelly say, congratulations Mastercare you now have a happy client for many years to come, thank you very much you have proven me wrong that you don't care about your clients! Well done, keep up the good work.
