IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL CONTRACT

Terrible difficult to cancel contract. I cancelled it and Lady said I have to give 1 month notice, so last payment will go of 1 Nov 2019. BUT then another payment went of 1 Dec. i phoned Mastercare and returned payment at Bank. And can you believe it 1 Jan 2020 again they send a payment through my Bank account. So what do I have to do to get this problem solved? Do I go to police and open a ***** case against them or what am I to do? HELP TERRIBLE SERVICE
