On the 17th of March 2025 I paid R830.00 with my Standard Bank Card. Attached you will find the payment made.

I phoned Zee of Master Care to cancel this payment and to refund me, because I decided not to make use of your service plan. My appliance was repaired somewhere else. Please investigate and reply to me, because up to now I haven't heard anything from your people.
