I continue to be IMPRESSED!

At first I wasn't sure what a repair plan was or if I needed it... but my appliances were all about 6 year old, so I decided to give it a try. 2.5 years later and I use it regularly, especially for my dishwasher. Service has been punctual, professional and honest. They even resolved a issue with my Delonghi gas unit which is no longer supported locally and nobody wanted to touch!

Recently, I was convinced my dishwasher was about to punch its last ticket. But MasterCare seems to have brought it back to life and its is running beautifully...

Not sure what I would do without MasterCare...
