Horrible service

I have been trying to get a hold of mastercare due to hifi corp ignoring me I lodged a complaint about my fridge and now have food poisoning and still no news about the repairs only to be told yesterday it takes 21 days which us unacceptable I have medical proof that the food in my fridge went off and now I have no fridge no one is fixing it or contacting Me i have a baby also
