Great Service from Mastercare

I recently signed up for a maintenance contract. My washing machine broke last week Sunday - the machine would wash but made a terrible noise when going into the spin cycle and would not spin. I called the call centre and logged the call on Monday lunch time. The Cape Town branch called me back early on Tuesday morning and they repaired my machine at my house on Tuesday morning. Very efficient service and friendly staff.
