My husband and I want to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional service we received from Mr. Bruce Rabbie recently. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile greatly contributed to our claim (to have the oven element repaired) being resolved and fastracked; in spite of the various administrative issues and delays encountered from the staff at the local Cape Town branch.

Bruce's professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout our interaction, and it is clear that he takes pride in his work.
