Generous, Friendly and Kind Staff

While i was driving to work one morning, i decided to take a different route and realized that there was a new appliance repairs shop in a complex near to my work and i needed to have my iron fixed desperately. So last week, on my way home, i stopped by the Mastercare in Eco Boulevard, Centurion. While inside, waiting for someone to assist, I saw everything from industrial washing machines, Plasma TVs, microwaves and I started thinking that this might not be the best place to get my smallanyana iron fixed. A gentleman by the name of Bruce came to greet me and inquired about my iron. He quickly went to find a plug to replace the broken one. It took him less that 15 minutes to replace the plug and to test it. As i was taking out my wallet to pay for the repairs, Bruce said it was okay, and that it was on the house! I could not believe the generosity and kindness this gentlemen showed me. I almost grabbed my iron from him hands and ran out of the shop in case he realizes he made a mistake. Its just so rare to find people like Bruce. I just want to say thank you Bruce, you really made my day!
