FEDD UP WITH MASTERCARE : exuses and bad service too

hi there iam a new customer of Mastercare , now more or less 3 months , but my mom in law has been with them for more than 30 years , problem with them when you phone there no answer and also bad bad bad service we have been waiting 3 Months for 2x repairs on our washing machines now , when you phone in can hardly give you answers always same story we waiting on parts !! iam am fedd up with them now been waiting toooo long and also no answer no call from them nothing Absolutley a discrage from them as i whould say all comapanies have same no to phone too. i want answers from them and urgent one too .. !! my no is *** PORT ELIZABETH
