21 Aug 2023, 12:50When can I expect a response ? I paid R3350.00 on 07.07.23 for repairs identified by Mastercare , they fetched the TV and received it back after a week . Checked it with the Driver and after a few hours , switched it on and scrambled screen , I took a pic and sent to them . They fetched it again and was there for more than a week . Got it back and briefly checked with Driver and again after a few hours switched on and again scrambled screen . Took pic and sent and still waiting
