EMPTY PROMISES

We have insurance with Mastercare for about six montjhs on our household appliances Since we took out the insurance we keep asking them for a contract We still didn't received one. In the beginning of February we put in a claim for our refrigarator and a laptop It took them 2weeks to come and look at the refrigaratot after many phone calls abd complaints We waited anoher 2weeks to repaor the refidgarator The refridgarator is still not working and we keep on callibg and they keep promise they will come and fix it And since we put in the claim we didn't hear anything about the laptop
