Dont ever use mastercare

This has to be the worst company with the worst service. they took my TV in for repairs 3 weeks ago, every time I call them they are waiting for parts. they having been waiting for the parts for the last two weeks. I was advised that the parts will arrive in Durban today. I called them and no surprise the parts did not arrive. then I am told when they get the parts it still has to be sent to Durban. I have been waiting for days for a manager to get back to me.. it seems they don't want to give my tv back to me.. I need master care to fix this problem now.
