Direlect of responsibility/accountability !
Goodday, MasterCare are just unable to manage their administration effectively. Just received my latest bank statement and noticed that the debit order of R50-00 was deducted again on 28/2/2019 - *** - 24961. Both policies were cancelled on 11 October 2018 & the policy mentioned here continues to be in force, after two emails earlier this month with NO response.

I believe we are battling to get a hold of you telephonically. The last debit which went off was the separate debit for Protektor, the value added service. This was cancelled and no more debits will be deducted going forward.
Should you wish to take up either the CarePlan or the Protektor service again please don;t hesitate to contact us.
