Complete waste of time and money
Dishwasher repair callout - I gave them the error code, but the technician who came out did not have any idea what this meant. He looked at it and mentioned it needed a new PC board and pump.
Three weeks later (with no communication in between),, ,I was contacted with a quote to replace the above. In the interim, I had taken it in to another technician, who diagnosed the heating unit malfunction (which was what the error code had provided) and it is in for repairs.
MasterCare then closes the case with "Unit Repaired"
Really poor, shoddy service. No apology. No communication further. Nothing.
