Bad Service

<p>My dishwasher needs repairs. When reporting the fault I told them what the problem was. They sent a technician to check the machine. A part needed to be ordered. It took nearly 3 weeks for the part to arrive. The technician then installed the part. However the problem still remains. another part was to be ordered, now 3 weeks again, I contacted Mastercare on Monday again, they said they would get back to me, but no-one did. Eventually after sending an email, I received a call to say the technician will be at my home yesterday. I asked if it was to replace the spare part, the lady said she would get back to me, guess what no one called and no one arrived at my house. Now what !!!</p>
